At Made by Cozy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Issues

If there is a mistake on our end (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or a damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madebycozy.us@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and make it right.

Sizing & Product Details

Please review all size charts, product descriptions, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you order the wrong size or item, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

All pre-order and limited-release items are also final sale, with no exceptions.
